The fenced yard and large deck with new gas BBQ grill, fire pit and outdoor table is close to paved trails and a playground. Many local attractions, and businesses are close.

The house is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The neighborhood is in a great location with hiking and biking trails all around and all the homes are neat and well kept. Close to town and grocery stores as well as many Flagstaff activities. Highly recommend this rental property!
