The space

Living Area:
The living area is a bright & airy space with a huge comfy couch, electric fireplace and 70'' TV to stream your fave shows with free services including HBO Max, Tubi, Peacock and Visio (or easily cast from your own accounts). The space is also ready to enjoy a game night with a few of the classic board games including Monopoly, Scrabble, Sorry and more.

Bedroom 1 (Main):
The main bedroom is located right off the living area and features a queen size bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and private bath. Well-equipped with everyday essentials including a TV (HBO Max, Tubi, Peacock, Pluto, or easily cast from your own accounts) and cordless chargers to help you rest easy and enjoy your stay.

Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom is located in the back of the house and features a queen size bed with a new Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and cordless chargers.

Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom is also located in the back of the house and features two bunk beds with Serta Perfect Sleeper mattresses on the bottom bunks, and memory foam mattresses on the top bunks. A room divider is available for additional privacy.

Dining area:
The dining area is a clean & modern space open to the kitchen and features a custom drop-leaf table to extend the table size for extra space.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped with everyday essentials to cook, bake, drink & dine along with an eat-in island for easy prep and additional seating. The space includes a dual coffee maker with single serve & drip pot options (used with regular coffee grounds) and a slow cooker.

Bathroom 1:
The main bathroom features a shower/tub combination and double vanity. Complimentary soap, body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Bathroom 2:
The second bathroom features a shower and single vanity located off the main bedroom. Complimentary soap, body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Laundry:
The home has a stacked washer/dryer unit in the closet off the dining area.

Note: The lock to the garage door is on the inside to the left. If opening, unlock and lift slowly using the strap. The garage is a bit heavy initially, but balances out once it begins to open. Open garage and use bicycles at your own risk.

No parties or loud music. Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

Guest access: Access to the whole home & backyard.

Interesting location

The house and amenities were just what we needed for a long weekend! We used the game room/garage space more then the house. I will say the location of the house is interesting, but it was easy to find and the neighborhood was quiet. The only downside was the projector in the game room didnt have good wifi, so we couldnt watch the game out there.

Every Family should have a Game Room in their Back Yard!!

What a lovely home away from home! Clean, well updated, decorated and THE HUGE GAME ROOM was AMAZING! We thoroughly enjoyed spending time in there daily. Nice way to have Family time! Easy location off Route 66 near our favorite restaurant Fat Olives. The Home really felt comfortable & had everything we needed! Highly recommend! We escaped the Heat of summer there, but a winter trip w/b perfect too. The hosts were easy to communicate with & helpful! Wish we could have stayed longer! PS-I'm a Clean freak-this one is CLEAN!

Great game room

This house was a great home base for exploring flagstaff. The property was big enough to accommodate all of the different age groups and had something for everyone. The house had a portable crib (we didn’t use) but nice to have for the baby. The game room and fully stocked kitchen made the stay awesome.

Charming house!

We absolutely loved this home… comfortable, spacious enough for our 4 teens and us. The game room was more than expected- what an incredible add-on the Hosts provided! Kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. Laundry was much-appreciated and convenient. Beds were comfortable as was the family room sectional for watching TV together. Location was perfect for our travels : Sedona, Antelope Canyon, Grand Canyon, Jerome. I would highly recommend this propery!

Perfect for families

We rented this place with my mom, step dad and 2 youngish children ages 5 and 8. The game room was perfect for hanging out and keeping the kids entertained. We had lots of family fun and it was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in flagstaff!

Amazing Arizona Getaway

We had a wonderful time staying in this charming property. The house was perfect distance from all of our hiking destinations and very well maintained. The owners have it stocked with all the necessities plus some. The hang out/game room garage was a huge hit, especially with our kids. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again :)

Game room Galore

The game room made the trip for the young adults with us… Pros- Instant response to questions and pictures represent the house very well. The house was very clean and adequately stocked with linens, towels, soaps and hair products. The kitchen was also well equipped for nearly any cooking/dining. The game room was a BLAST and cooking s’mores in the fire pit topped it off. Cons- The house is in a older part of town with a small business of some sort as a neighbor. They were up running forklifts and working on trucks until very late. Was also a bit surprised to be asked to empty all trash and wash dishes considering the sizable cleaning fee. All-in-all, a good home to stay in the Flagstaff area while you visit. The surroundings are ehhhh, but the game room does make up with a lot of evening “things to do”.

Awesome Spot!

Could not have been happier with this place. The house was great, but the garage/man cave/game room was the highlight of the trip. It kept our kids entertained 24/7 and was a perfect spot for my wife and I to relax and watch a movie once the kids went to bed. We liked it so much I ended up messaging the owner and asking to extend our stay (which he was able to do). Instant reply from the owner whenever I had a question and extremely easy to work with. I’d definitely recommend especially for anyone with kids of any age.

Great family place to stay!

we really enjoyed our visit the place was very clean. The game room was a wonderful pastime for the children and the family together.. Love the way the rooms were laid out in the four bunks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable with highly recommend. This place will probably visit again.

Great Family Getaway

The house was just what we we’re looking for: a home base for exploring the area. We did day trips to both Sedona and the Grand Canyon, and had a great place to come back to for dinner and relaxing. All of the games- billiards, ping pong, etc- such a great extension of the home. We would love to return to explore Flagstaff again in the winter!
