Everything is good for this hotel except for the remote location. You may be able to enjoy their ride service for free from Zermatt station to this hotel when you check in. Try to have a dinner here since their chef could make a really nice dishes.

Everything was great except access to apartment was bit odd and can be difficult with lot of luggage as one had to walk up a lot.
