Bad management

We booked the penthouse room, but from the condition of the staircase with its torn and dirty carpets, we immediately knew that this hotel was one we should have avoided. The room was fair but the dust on the headboard and the moldy shower floor made our stay an unpleasant one. It's a pity because with a bit of TLC the hotel could upgrade its image dramatically. The receptionist was very friendly but the kitchen staff were surly and the breakfast was poor.

It was nice place if you compare budget and comfort. clean pool, polite and helpful staff, yes its quite far from sea (4,5 km). bu no need to spend lots of money just for sea hotels. garden is good enough big and have fun activities. next time ı can choose here again. just do not forget, you need car to be in comfort.

Our New home in Oludeniz

This was one of the best experiences we have had. Zek, the manager, is absolutely amazing and welcoming, so is the staff. You will get there as a guest and leave as friends with them. Can't recommend it enough. We already miss the speedy internet, wonderful & silent environment, awesome breakfast, 5pm tea and our talks with the staff. ❤️

Great hotel!

There are plenty of hotels in this price bracket in the area but it's the little things that make Kaizen Gate stand out - the hammocks in the garden, the music that's played outside, the selection of books available to borrow plus the very friendly and helpful staff and clean rooms. The hotel is also in a relaxing mountainous setting.

Bir gece konakladım bir daha önünden geçer miyim bilmiyorum. Gece saat dörde kadar havuzda müzik dinleyip yüksek sesli kahkahalarla güldüler. Ne bir uyaran oldu ne bir susturan. Gecenin dördünde insanların kaldığı yerde kendini bilen ayıp olur der yine sesini çıkarmaz. Anladığım kadarıyla içlerinde otel çalışanları da vardı. Sabah saat 11 de çıkış saati diye kapıya dayandılar. Kendileri yüzünden uyuyamadık üzerine 11 den itibaren beş dakikaya bir sürekli kapımız çalındı. Çıkıyoruz üzerimizi değiştiriyoruz diyoruz anlayan dinleyen yok. Odada tv yok. Klima allaha emanet zaten soğutmuyor açtığında içinden toz fışkırıyor. Daha ne yazsyım bilemedim. Benim için kötü bir tecrübeydi.

Assssla tavsiye etmiyorum.

Otel berbattı. Koridorlar bildiğin idrar kokuyordu ve bunu söylediğimizde oda kokusu sıktılar daha da berbat bir hal aldı. Kökü ne yazıkki odaya da geldi. İkinci berbatlık da odaya temizliğin günlük girmemesi. Ne nevresim ne havlu değişimi ne de tuvalet temizliği. Kendimiz lavaboyu temizlemesek düşünemiyorum. Üçüncü berbatlık da odada mini dolap yoktu. Hani suyu odaya çıkarınca ısınıyor, asla soğuk kalmıyor. Son olarak havuz fotosu koymuşlar, ilk gün bakımdaydı. Havuz görselde kaydıraklı ama sökmüşler kaydırakları. Kısacası berbat bir deneyimdi.
