Hotel was amazing the kitchen staff were also very nice but the front desk staff had no idea what they were doing. We waited too long to get our rooms even though we booked our trip almost a month in advance. Then they looked us out of the rooms at 11 am when check out was at 12 which was extremely annoying. Till we started demanding to speak to the manager then they called him and he came and talked to front desk staff to reopen the rooms. The manager apologized but the staff did not. Overall I don’t know if I would go back again.
