A peine arrivées et installées dans notre chambre, on nous demande de partir car la chambre était réservée par d autres personnes, je réussi a avoir la patronne de l hôtel au téléphone et là je n en revient pas , elle me dit quelle ne travaille plus avec expédia que ce sont des voleurs car ils font des promos sans avertir les hôteliers, et qu elle leur a envoyé un mail pour annuler ma réservation, ( réservation faite 10 jours avant). Je lui dis que j ai payé 6 nuits et que ces problèmes avec expédia ne me concerne pas, a partir de ce moment elle a été très agressive, en me disant que ici nous n étions pas en France mais au Maroc, si je n étais pas contente elle me virée sans me trouver un autre riad. Impossible de continuer cette discussion, nous sommes envoyées dans un autre riad pendant deux jours, pas du tout la même prestation de chambre. de retour au sanaa rose ou nous n avons jamais vu la patronne car reparti chez elle en france , nous avons été reçu par un nouveau employé vraiment super Mohamed grace a lui notre fin de séjour c est super bien passé, ce riad est vraiment bien sans sa patronne. Nous avons appris par la suite qu elle avait logé des membres de sa famille dans notre chambre. aucune excuses n y geste commerciale, elle a juste fait passer le message a Mohamed pour pas que nous oublions de régler les taxes hôtelières avant de partir. Je conseille tout de même ce riad, mais de confirmer avec l hotel avant d arriver.
