Mall and nice restaurants is about 10 to 15 minutes away, but this is a nice hotel. I reserved a room here intending to have free full breakfast, but that is not included. I needed something and called the front desk there but no one ever picked up. Overall, this was a decent hotel but I should have stayed somewhere else.

Clean, beautiful lobby with plenty of comfy seating greets you. Check in was seamless and pleasant. The room follows suit. Seems like a luxury hotel. Yet it's the price of a Courtyard. I'll stay here anytime I'm in Fayetteville.

When I arrived I was able to check in quickly and smoothly. The place was clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and courteous. It was close to a Walmart for anything you might need, a Taco Bell for a snack, and was quiet with no outside noise coming into the room. Great bed and pillows. Refrigerator and microwave plus Paul Mitchell products to use. Modern and looked recently updated. Very nice facility and staff.

The only complaint I had was I expected a continental breakfast or at the least a free coffee bar. Other than that it was an excellent choice and I would go back again.

We stayed here overnight during a road trip. It's not very convenient to I-95 (which we were using) but certainly worth the extra drive. The place was less than a year old, and way nicer than we needed just to stay on a road trip. It appears that Google maps did not yet reflect recent road construction around the hotel, but it's fairly visible once one reaches the traffic light nearby. Only complaint was that breakfast wasn't included.

The gentleman in charge of the bar and dining was fabulous

Had a feeling of a home atmosphere. Staff were very nice and the lounge area was very clean.

Very well kept with very nice facilities. Especially liked the outdoor fire pit

Still working out the bugs, so to speak. The bed was Hard and not a true King size. Cleaning staff did not come back to swap out dirty towels until we kicked the into the hall and they didn't make the bed. Best part was knowing you were probably the first to us something and that was great. Staff was great! Helpful and cheerful! Will stay there again!
