The girl at the front desk was great and quickly fixed whatever we were needing, room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The room was disappointing though, considering it had a good rating. It didn’t look like it was newly renovated like it said. Upon entering our room for the first time, the door wasn't even completely closed...strange, never experienced that before. There were little things like the remote control for the tv was missing, tv was small, only had enough towels for one person and some of the towels were stained and quite grungy looking, ice machine was out of order and water dispenser was out of order in the breakfast room. All things considering it wasn’t the worst hotel we stayed in, but having a long day of travelling its not what you were wanting to deal with.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Location in relation to local medical centers was excellent. Breakfast was adequate, with some hot items (potatoes, sausage, eggs) and seating plentiful. Cons: NOT a "soundproofed" hotel. You hear everything on the floor above and below you, and out in the hallway. Walking, dropping things, snoring......you hear it all. If you need absolute quiet, this is not your place.

I am very impressed with the staff at this hotel. I had two non refundable nights booked. There was a blizzard and I could not make it for the first night. I called the hotel and they postponed my reservation with no extra charge. I am grateful for the kindness and superb customer service. Will definitely stay again!
