We requested to extend stay with front desk the attendant said ok you’re all set I asked if same room and did she need my card she said no you’re al set. The next am they asked us to check out and stated we had not had our stay extended. This was awful and inconvenient

Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The Continental breakfast has to be the best I have had. Im a day sleeper and there was no issues with watching late night tv. I have a service dog and he was welcomed and put us near an exit for him. Of all hotel i would not have thought they were pet friendly. It was a nice change.

Comfortable and clean
Location was very near to the Vacaville outlets and lots of restaurants but not really within walking distance. The room was spacious and comfortable with the sectional sofa with the large TV positioned between the bed and sofa. Really appreciated the assist and clean linens, pillows and towels. Strong Wi-Fi. The shower floor gets very slippery surprisingly but they did provide a rubber shower mat for just that purpose. The faucet was annoyingly short or installed too close and I kept hitting to against the side of the basin. Front desk was very thorough and friendly. Breakfast was adequate but the eggs were from powder it seems. Everything was replenished and cleaned frequently. Gym has some treadmills and dumbbells along with free filtered water. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was mostly empty. No jacuzzi unfortunately. Sufficient parking. Mostly quiet even though near the main road and freeway. Would stay again.

We stayed here on Easter night to fly out of SFO the next day. What a delightful place! Clean, friendly, easy access, on site bar, breakfast is the bomb.... we came back on our way back home on the 12th and it was as good as the first visit. This is our go-to place when needing lodging in Vacaville!

Surprised there was only one registration desk on arrival. Hotel description says there is a restaurant on site but there are only a few items that can be purchased at the registration desk. It was raining and the there was only one umbrella and it had already been loaned out. That said, the room was spacious, comfortable and had nice glasses and a coffee maker. We would stay here again as it is convenient for shopping and restaurants as well as the interstate highways.
