Lobby was uninviting, Staff was friendly but unprepared. Room was NOT ready and in complete disarray, beds unmade (blankets, pillows thrown everywhere), No towels in the room, no toilet paper, trash bins on the counter and dresser. We cancelled our stay and obtained another hotel for the night.
Cheap you get what you pay for front seat guy was nice
Staff were nice and helpful however, they could look more professional e.g. clean shaven, pressed shirts, etc. Breakfast was adequate and hot. Rooms were recently remodeled, clean and spacious. Nice shower but very poor water pressure. Room service was on point with the exception of one day when the room was haphazardly “straightened up.” It feels as though they are in a period of transition to move from a motel to a more upscale hotel. Overall, I definitely would stay there again.
The hotel is in a very accessible location. Close to the freeway, hospital, outlet stores and restaurants.
The room was upgraded about 90% and when it’s finished it will be very nice, however the property exterior is terrible. I was very worried about my car being broken into and they have led in-ceiling lights that attract a ton of flying bugs. Walking outside at night is unbearable. They also had rat bait traps every 10 feet outside the room doors. The interior of the rooms were comfortable and well designed, however I would avoid this hotel till they get the renovation completed.
That it was getting upgraded and it wasn’t difficult to get there otherwise I and my wife enjoyed our stay 👌
Nice clean updated rooms, friendly staff. Never had our coffee replenished during our 3 day stay.
The shower was backing up and the person at counter said that nothing can be done until the cleaning person would come. Escalated to manager and got a different room. One particular staff available at night needed some hospitality 101 lessons. Every answer was "Nothing can be done". There was water flowing all over the property. Road to the hotel had "huge" potholes. There were people smoking "pot" openly on property and it was not mentioned that the office was under construction.
The hottub which we were looking forward to was not working.
No pool no service no any fun just room good.one time only
Hotel being remodeled Not to good I be better after remodeling is completed
More affordable then others in the area, that being said is obviously under repair but rooms clean bed comfy.
Didn’t have hot water the first night.. they just need to clean up the area and make some updates.
We stayed in a room that was "under construction". Walls were partly painted, transition from tile to carpet was taped over, toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet. Bathroom door would not close because door jam catch had not been re-installed, baseboards were missing. It's obvious they are trying to improve the place, but I don't expect to pay $200 per night for a place that is under construction.
Unfortunately the whole hotel was under construction our room was not finished carpeting had stains and rips in it . baseboards were missing, toilet seat was too small for the toilet. If we wouldn’t of had a long drive got in late and we were not tired and hungry we probably would’ve gone to another hotel .
Orbitz overbooked the hotel and I had no hotel to stay in. Horrible experience
There were too many bugs in the bedroom. Outside area was dirty, needed to be sprayed. Free breakfast was great. Accommodations were better than Super 8. Book early for a better rate. Can't think of what else to add but Orbitz insists on a lengthy review. TV could not handle digital signals (was old). Plenty of parking, especially for truckers. Wi-Fi worked well. Generally very clean inside but my partner insisted she found a hair in her bed from previous occupant. Room had refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, all the accoutrements. Why do they insist these reviews be so long? Location was a bit hard to find, but freeway close once you found it. Located near a dangerous intersection where we almost had an accident where car would have been totaled because Vacaville drivers are awful (this one ran a red light.) Felt car was pretty safe in parking lot because location was somewhat remote from easy access. Motel had no elevators but second level was very quiet. Desk manager had some trouble printing receipt. Am adding a few words to meet Orbitz' minimum requirement for characters, but this requirement is really silly, and this review probably won't even get published. Location was near restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Many other motels in area were sold out. Hopefully, this will satisfy Orbitz' requirement for large number of characters... otherwise I'm not reviewing any more. Stay at this motel; it's fine. Still says "Please add a bit mor
First of all the front desk person didn't understand english, couldnt explain anything and the hotel was pretty bad! Every time I went to the front desk no one was there! They wouldn't even answer the phone when I tried calling the front desk for information. It was just over all a very unpleasant stay!! I definatedly would not recommend it to anyone!!
arrived in town and drove by the hotel, there were people working on their all my bills in the parking lot, trash and furniture piled up all around the dumpster that look like it been sitting there for sometime. I didn’t even want to go in the room and despite being charged $80 for canceling I want to another hotel. When I shared this with the manager he would not waive the $80 charge.
Very uncomfortable stay, bad smell, room is outdated and disgusting with mold growing. Needs to be shut down
