Highly recommend

My stay was absolutely PERFECT. Love the cleanliness, comfort, welcoming vibe of the entire facility and staff. The brand choice of bathroom toiletries were definitely a plus as well. Simple to done but I love they had actual hand soap and lotion by the sink. Plus got to enjoy my Ohio State game after my road trip and relax before heading out for the day.

I booked a room with a king bed and received 2 queens. When I tried to call the front desk to request king bed, there was no button for front desk. Hit reservation button which gave me national reservation desk who tried to give me phone number of front desk. I then went down to the front desk. She said because I had booked room with Expedia that I was not guaranteed a king bed and that they did not have one available. Also didn’t give me any info at check in such as time for breakfast, Wi-Fi info, etc. just handed me the keys.
