ALL of the staff at this property were genuinely nice and helpful. They really appeared to love their job. I would definitely stay here again!
The location was good. I didn’t like asking for extra charges for an hour early check in. Never have any hotel not accommodated me or asked for an extra fee. Extreme shortages with hot water and the toilet half working when trying to flush. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Staff at desk was friendly and courteous. Property was very clean. Variety for breakfast was good. Loved the pancake machine. I would recommend and come back again.

We arrived late in the evening and the staff greeted us and checked us in promptly. They were nice and professional. Morning breakfast was also good.

The maintenance man Tyrome was exceptional. Our A/C unit was not working properly and he stayed after his shift was over to replaced our unit. The next day the temperature dropped and I then I advised him the A/C worked, but not the heat. He said he needed to program the unit, and would get to it shortly. My wife and I left, and I left a $20 bill for a tip stuffed in the control lid were he would definitely see it. When we returned the heat was working, the $20 was on the dresser, with a note saying the the work was done. That type of dedication and love for your job is rear. He told me, If I provide good maintenance to customers, then they are likely to come back to the hotel."
