Breakfast provided variety of choices, was timely and professional. The establishment allow earlier breakfast time that worked with our event. The parking lighting provided a sense of safety. Pillows were not comfortable.

We stayed here for the Renaissance fair and would stay again when we come back for it. It was in a convenient spot from the interstate and the fair. The food in the surrounding area was decent too.

As soon as I got in my hotel room where the door didn’t lock or the keypad even work my bed had cigarette holes in the sheets the ac didn’t work appropriately and there were water leaks in the lobby. After leaving with 20 mins I didn’t receive any type of refund. The worst situation ever.

Not worth the money.

I do not know why this hotel has a rating of very good. I used this rating to determine if I would stay at this hotel and in was inaccurate. The hotel was not clean, there were stains all over the carpet, walls were damaged and not repaired. Some walls had been spackled but not painted. The fobs for rooms or exterior doors did not work. The exterior door fob sensors were hanging off the wall. The elevator was broken. Stairwells were smelly and had items stored in them (power washer with hose). Furniture was dated and dirty. I could have stayed somewhere else for a better price.

Elevator Not Operable

The room accommodations were nice. The elevator went on day 2 and was not repaired, requiring all guests to use the stairs. This was a challenge for my spouse, who is legally blind.

Just a couple of minor repairs need to be done in the room. The toilet seat had a missing seat fastener, and a bolt cover was missing on the toilet at the floor level. The clock radio, and the TV did not work. The room's location was little noisy but not bad, parking was somewhat challenging at times. Otherwise this room was very clean and very nicely decorated. and the bed was very comfortable. The dinning room was very clean, and setup with a very good selection of breakfast foods to choose from.
