Rental with a view

Everything was great, nice quiet rental with a view. Perfect place to watch the Northern Lights. The Northern Lights were out on Friday Night in rare form, unbelievable bonus. We had a great time and the kids loved having their own room with a bathroom. Perfect kitchen with everything you need. Will definitely stay again.

Cute place!

The stay was great! 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting Fairbanks or pcsing and need a place to stay. Very cute, great view, place for your kids and dogs to run and play. Plenty of parking.

Nice Place on the hillside

Quin was wonderful to work with. We extended our stay and he just rolled with it. The place is very comfortable with cozy beds. I liked how the morning sun came in the kitchen windows during the cold days. I also enjoyed that it the house is just on the outside of Fairbanks and gives you a country feel. Oh and this might sound strange but there are plenty of pots to cook with! Thanks

Awesome!

The location is perfect. The airport and downtown is close. Above all, isolated enough to enjoy the view and the northern light! The property is clean and cozy. It was a pleasant stay like home.
