Front desk saff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Thay even had a portable luggage scale they were happy for me to borrow to weigh bags in preparation for small plane flight at Prudhoe Bay. Very helpful!!

Everyone there was very kind. The desk staff, housekeeper and shuttle service. Our ride from the airport was a taxi that knew the staff so well. They have free shuttle service, but none available so they paid for our taxi! It was a good place for a couple of days. Didn’t do or see much because we were there to sleep during the Delta mishap that took 4 days to get home. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of spiders😔 I was very thirsty and was gouged $4 a bottle for water. None provided in the room. Had to put your luggage on a rack and walk it outside quite a distance to your room. Nice overall, but if I go back to Fairbanks, I will go elsewhere.

Wonderful place to stay!
Rivers Edge was a delightful place to stay, would have liked to stay longer! Our cabin overlooking the river was very peaceful - except for the motor boats that kept running the river until quite late. A city ordinance prohibiting this after 10 pm is called for. Otherwise, our room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower was good. All in all, a great place to stay! The Chena Grill has good food, although the portions are definitely enough for two!

Stayed in the cabins the first time then on our way back into town we stayed into jr main building. The rooms in there are huge! Had a single king bed and was very spacious. Really nice. And decent breakfast buffet. No bacon tho but oh well! The staff were polite and helpful. Will stay here again!

Lodging in Fairbanks is limited. This place was chosen because of its proximity to where I needed to be in Fairbanks. Guests get individual cottages. However, some are joined with another cottage, thus, you hear everything going on in the adjoining cottage. The room is satisfactory, though showing its age. They are fairly small with no desk or table. The main lobby is quite nice and the staff is super.
