Very nice property in a slightly older neighborhood. Property was very clean and well appointed. Having access to the 2-car garage was nice as well. Communication from property manager was excellent! Little welcoming touches (Sunchips and bottled waters) were appreciated. Close to many good restaurants and brew pubs in the area. Would stay here again if we ever again visit Fairbanks!

Wonderful stay
The house was a perfect home away from home for our family of six. It was clean, spacious, well stocked, and tastefully decorated. Check-in was easy. Communication was quick and professional. The pictures in the listing were accurate. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! Vicki is a great host and communication was immediate and thorough. Her home is comfortable, well stocked, in a central location, and the garage is a must in freezing winter. We hope to return!
