We had a great time at this beautiful home! We really appreciated being able to bring our dog and he loved the hikes at Fellows Lake! Home was clean, and had everything we needed!

Came down to spend time with my dad, this place is 5 minutes from his so location is key for me. Comfortable, clean home very well decorated. Love watching the deer roam by.

Short stay for an area wedding

Booked this property to fit my young adult children along with husband & myself. We came from different directions for a wedding in the area. Rural setting, but close to grocery store in Fair Grove and close to Springfield. Big enough to accommodate us all. Host had snacks waiting in kitchen. Very clean property and we appreciated not having a huge check list of chores to complete when we left the house. I prefer rural over town rentals and this property delivered.

Family Vacation

The house was amazing. It was unique and wonderfully decorated. It was in a nice quiet location, but not too far of a drive from the activities we wanted to enjoy. Would certainly choose this location again.

Wonderful, Beautiful and Relaxing Home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Came from out of town to see a few close friends. Superb, unique home with thoughtfully designed decor to set the guest at ease. Hot tub was phenomenal for these old bones. Thanks again for the relaxing weekend.

Lovely property!

Our stay was wonderful with family at Christmas time! While the weather was rainy and cold, the accommodations inside could not have been more comfortable or lovely. So many nice decorative elements along with the great room that had the kitchen and dining overlooking the family area. This will be put on our favorites list!

My parents and siblings live in the area, we had a family reunion. Me, my husband, our daughter, her husband, and 1 yr old granddaughter traveled from West Tenn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again for other family visits .

Lovely home

I have stayed in a handful of VRBO rentals. This was the nicest home we have rented. The renovation are gorgeous. All of the rooms are nice but the kitchen is very spacious. The bathrooms are nice but note that the 2 showers are both within a respective bedroom so the guest in the third bedroom can only access a shower through someone else’s bedroom. There is a half bath accessible to all. Overall, it was a comfortable home. We loved the setting. It was exactly what we were looking for. If we were ever going back, we’d definitely go there again. This home sets a high bar for other rentals.

MO stay for Homesteading Expo

We came as exhibitors for an event in Marshfield. The property was beautiful and the home very nice. It was refreshing to have a peaceful place to come to after a long day at the event.

Best Vacation House Ever!

We have stayed at a lot of vacation houses but this is by far the best one yet! Newly remodeled with super nice finishes! Extremely clean and not cluttered with extra decor. Very comfy mattresses and pillows. High quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even shaving cream. Nice furniture inside and out. Washer and dryer. Lots of privacy. Very attentive hosts. Love this place! We plan to be back again next year.

Beautiful home in perfect location

I stayed at this amazing property while visiting my father in Springfield. This house was 3 mins away from my dads and i am so grateful to have had such a beautiful home to come back to in the evenings. I was 10mins from downtown Springfield but felt a million miles away. Property is very private, very comfortable and clean. Owners were super responsive and accommodating, i will stay here everytime I come to see family. There honestly is not one thing i would have changed, they provided soaps, toilet paper, towels, spices and even had snacks and drinks for us when we arrived. Thank you Hunt family for making your home so relaxing and comfortable.

Perfect Serenity and Comfort

Everything was better than expected! The large open area with each bedroom branching off it is a perfect layout, the location is close to the lake and city amenities but in a woodsy acreage lot size community, and the beds are optimized for comfort. A fantastic getaway!

Great Experience

This is a unique place. The architecture is interesting and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. This house was well kept and has lots of space. Most household items were provided. The location is convenient as well since it is so close to Springfield. And the property owner was quick to respond when we had a question or two. It was an over-all great experience.
