Hawksbill Ideally located 3 bedroom family holiday home

Hawksbill is the perfect family holiday home in Exmouth, ideally located within easy walking distance of the shops and town center.

The owners have recently refreshed the house with a new coat of paint inside and out, and it's been furnished with all-new furniture, including new beds and mattresses. The home comfortably sleeps six adults and one child, with a queen bed in the main and second bedrooms, and a bunk bed in the third bedroom (double on the bottom for adults, single on top for children only).

The family bathroom features a bath/shower combo and toilet, and the main bedroom ensuite has a toilet and basin. Hawksbill is equipped with split system air conditioners throughout for your comfort, and the kitchen is well-stocked with all the essentials for cooking and dining.

Outside, a large patio runs along the back and side of the house, offering ample shade and space for outdoor living. With plenty of parking for up to three cars and/or a boat, Hawksbill provides an ideal base for your Exmouth family holiday.

A small unit has been built on the property. It has it's own driveway and fencing and will not impact the parking or space of the Hawksbill house.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 1.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a dishwasher, and an ironing board.

A wonderful stay. Very spacious and clean. Close to town.We were slightly annoyed that a granny flat was being built on the property with tradies making noise throughout our stay.
