This air-conditioned, 2 bedroom holiday villa with a loft is located within walking distance from the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre, Ross Street Mall and many eateries in Exmouth. The villa sleeps up to 4 guests, has access to Wi-Fi and is a great getaway for friends or a small family.

Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Kitchen with halogen cook top, convection microwave and a large fridge. Family bathroom with a washing machine. Bedroom 1 with a Queen sized bed.
Upstairs:
Bedroom2 - an open style loft area with 2 Single beds and a small living area.
Outdoors:
Dine alfresco in the undercover entertainment area with a built-in barbeque. Parking outside the villa for two cars OR a car and a boat up to 7m in length. Communal swimming pool for the Osprey Holiday Village complex.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Exmouth week stay sept 2022
# clean. # walking distance to the town Centre Disappointed no wifi password displayed so thought we didn't have any so NO phone coverage with our mobile for the first 3 days, asked real estate office- there was wifi just no documents to advise us. There was a phone booth out the front of the villa which allowed us to make free national calls which set us at ease with a family member in labour in Perth. #Road is very noisy lots of traffic. #no tea or coffee supplied for first night # ironing board cover missing, # no washing basket, # missing towels and bath mat had to go and ask at agency. But stay was nice and Exmouth beauty makes up for some of the issues we had whilst staying. Recommend as comfortable and clean just needs to be managed better.

I stayed at this property on two occasions approximately 10 days apart.
On the first occasion we were provided with a nice room that had a view and was quiet, comfortable and well worth the money I paid.
Unfortunately on the second occasion we were provided with a room that was next to the car park, it had no windows and the shutters were not of standard that blocked out the harsh lightning in the car parking area.
This room although clean, made me feel like 'low hanging fruit' in that they couldn't care less about the quality of room we were provided and we were not that important as guests for them to provide us with a similar room which we were provided with prior to this visit.
Had I been provided with this room (or similar) on my first visit I would have cancelled the second.
Would I suggest this property to my family? Only if I wanted to fragment our relationship. Would I suggest this property to my friend or colleagues? Only if I wanted to end the friendship.
However, I must also stress that the staff working in this facility were excellent. They were accommodating, professional, pleasant and answered all of my questions.
This hotel has a 4 star rating which is why I booked it. Whilst holistically the hotel may sit within this category, in my opinion the room we stayed in (next to the car park) was worth at best a 2 star rating.
Will I stay in this facility again? I think I have answered that question.
