Osprey Holiday Village Unit 111 - Área de barbacoa privada y sombreada al aire libre

Esta hermosa villa de tres dormitorios, totalmente climatizada, se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad, con una piscina en el complejo, espacio para un barco y todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones independientes. Con un nuevo congelador de cofre de 150L para guardar su pesca.

La villa tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente, con un televisor de pantalla plana grande, ropa de cama limpia y electrodomésticos modernos.

Esta villa cuenta con un baño recién renovado y un amplio altillo con grandes ventanales y vistas a los campos de juego verdes y un amplio espacio abierto.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Osprey is in a great location very central. The unit 111 was comfortable however the beds were very hard and we couldn’t sleep. The units share wheely bins (one per two units) so when we arrived the bin was already full and was like that for 2 days. When we went to use the bin after it was emptied the neighbour filled it immediately leaving us with rubbish we couldn’t dispose of. We waited for the next collection and waited for the bin to be emptied and fill the bin again. The units are close to each other so noise is an issue especially with young children early in the morning riding bikes and screaming. I enjoyed Exmouth and the Osprey was comfortable but they need comfortable beds and better rubbish management.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the accomodation, in terms of facilities, is generally as advertised, the property does not present well and requires a thorough clean. Tiled floor was sticky, outdoor area had cigarette butts, leftover food scraps and other rubbish on the floor, bbq smelt terrible, even when not in use, cutlery and glassware was dirty.While it looked like a superficial clean had been carried out, the doors (throughout), windows, skirting boards, and staircase were visibly dirty, it looked like the property overall had not been cleaned in a long time. The freezer had what looked like, insect or mice droppings.The bathroom is recently renovated, which was great.Other items, which usually would be expected but were unfortunately missing - a kitchen bin or bin bags, washing liquid, washing powder, toilet paper supply.This property has potential with a few small and inexpensive additions to improve amenity and comfort.The complex itself is quite nice and well located, within walking distance of everything in town, the pool is a good addition.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is a great size and in a fab location so it suited our needs. The unit is friendly for persons with mobility issues and as we were holidaying with aging parents this was a big help. The unit has every thing you need and does sleep 8 persons. I would definitely book this unit again and recommend to others. The only down side was it could have been cleaner - found some medication under the bed from a previous person.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The only thing new in that place is the showers. The toilet is filthy and stained. Blinds broken, couch is filthy with food and dirt in between the cushions. The upstairs loft is unbearably hot with no aircon. Only a fan. Wifi does not work. When we called about wifi and the fan not cooling the upstairs room, we were told ‘that’s just how it is and nothing can be done’. For the price we paid for, we would have expected more than an average motel place.

Reviewer Comments: We have 3 kids and travel frequently to Exmouth, but this was the first time not taking our caravan.The villa was affordable, clean, in a great location, spacious and has all the comforts of home. The kids had their space and we had ours, which is always nice when you just need a few minutes to catch your breath!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paying full price for the first day, check in isn’t until 3 in the afternoon. Cleaners hadn’t started cleaning the unit until after 3:30 leaving us unable to get any use out of the accommodation on our first night. Floors were still dirty, as evident by how dirty the babies were after crawling around. Expected to keep the accomodation clean and yet no supplies are provided to assist with cleaning. The location is great. Pool area looked well maintained. Accomodation would be a great place to stay if it was cleaned properly and you didn’t have to bring your own bin bags and toilet rolls, considering the price you have to pay.

It was bigger and more expensive than we needed but we booked it b/c there were few options left in the peak season. It was nice to have the extra room and amenities available after our splurge.It was really conveniently located close walking distance to the centre of town.Unfortunately, the rental company seemed to be lacking cleaning staff and it was still being cleaned at 4:45 when we arrived (after being quoted a 3pm check in). I felt bad for the cleaners as they were obviously under the pump. We sat at the outside table and had a beer while they finished up. They did do a good job cleaning.I would consider staying here again if I needed the space.

We just left this morning. Location was great in centre of Exmouth. Facilities were as described, comfortable and cosy with everything we needed. Would stay again!
