Great property in very convenient location and everyone was very friendly. Only downside was Wi-Fi only in bar/pool area. Definitely recommend

Would not have been too bad if not for being charged twice and then rudely yelled at when I complained and tried to sort out why the double cost! Turned out it was a new staffing problem, however, I have not received an apology or even acknowledgement - only been told by a third party what had happened to lead to the double charge!! Would also have been better without the huge Cockroaches, but, this could be an area problem and not entirely the fault of the Hotel. Mind you I would not have called it 'squeaky clean' either...

Area untidy and trashy. Did'nt know budget meant this. Would have loved aircon switched on when we walked in after a long hot trip. Neighbour parked right on our door which made unloading a huge pain. Please mark parking bays in front of rooms. Best was the key left in safety box as requested.

Unclean room and dirty pool. Not a great experience, sadly. Backpackers working there - did their best but out of their depth. Not great value for money, sadly.

Room was adequate at best- bed uncomfortable. Bed slats broken, pillows about 1cm thick and doona did not even have a cover on it. Air con worked. Bathroom STUNK. Food, bar, pool and restaurant good

Great friendly staff, place looks a little run down on the outside but the bar, bistro , pool and tab are great :) the room was basic but had everything we needed. The place has so much potential to be renovated and cleaned up a little

The two bedroom was great. We needed a rollaway bed and it was promptly delivered: thanks! I think my only gripe is that there was no couch in the living room- just two chairs. For a place with two bedrooms you’d assume you’d more seating than two chairs?

Basic room with a comfortable bed and good shower. It was nice to have access to a community kitchen, but it was not always clean. Wi-fi only available in communal area. Laundry area on site, but no place to rinse off snorkeling gear. Decent accommodations for the price in Exmouth.

Great place

Super place. 2 bedroom apartment. Patio, bbq, laundry, kitchen, living room etc. Bar and restaurant close by. 2 swimming pools. Food good, staff good. WiFi didn't extend to apartment but not end of world. Overall great.
