This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

The house was booked in 2020 for fishing trip for guys . Would have been ok but Covit intervened so we turned it into family hol in 2021 . As a family house the house it needs a lot of attention . Blinds in poor condition , front door lock faulty,Bathroom taps leak , water damage from bathroom in 1 st bedroom cupboard , 2nd bedroom had door hinge detached and bed mattresses are uncomfortable . I accepted rent is reasonable but I would rather pay more next time and not have the issues this house has

Place has a great backyard for the kids to run around, and to park the boat, which is quite high. Location is nice and close to the shops, which makes it walkable and easy to get to, even with small kids.The kitchen is old and we had trouble making the doors on the cupboards stay closed.Having said that, aircon was great, room sizes and setups were awesome, and we'd definitely recommend it and stay again ourselves.
