I did not get the room I reserved. Instead, they put me in an ADA compliant suite that was poorly cleaned. Food left in the fridge, trash in room, wine stains on the bar glass. Room was 59 degrees when I walked in, and the heater was noisy all night. Not the best experience, to say the least.

Staff at check-in was nice, but shocking to learn that there were no extra pillows or towels ! Apparently housekeeping locks them up? Crazy! Bathtub doesn’t drain with current system and hate the sandpaper feel on bottom of tub. Can not use the tub with the bottom so rough. Hallway carpet unraveling badly. I booked this hotel because of the Wyndham name. What I saw was anything but the Wyndham standard. The entire building is very outdated and dirty.
