Hotel staff were terrific. Front desk staff were helpful, facilitative and generous. This was a real culture of service.

Check-in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean, quiet and updated. Parking was ample. Great access to Highway 1 and Princeton.

Easy access. Good parking. While not super luxurious, rooms are nice with comfortable beds. decent fitness center and pool area.

Had a nice time. The hotel is clean and definitely looked forward to coming back to the lovely room at the end of each day.

I liked the new and modern feel of the hotel. I was able to have a lengthy pleasant meal in the restaurant with old friends.

This is rather far from the airport, and walking to nothing. But, the hotel has a cool design and was fun to walk around.

Need to train cleaning people better. Communication should be better from desk

Was there for a conference and not only was the hotel room great, but its conference accommodations.

Friendly staff, clean, but not keen on the big bar mitzvah party- pretty loud. And the area (industrial plaza) not appealing...so probably will not return.

Very comfortable and found the staff very attentive

We were in the area for a Lacrosse tournament. The hotel was very comfortable for adults and children.

The only thing wrong with the room was the sheets on the bed. The top sheet was old and ripped. No one wants to sleep with threads all around your face.

Warm, welcoming staff gave me newly-renovated room with the most comfortable king bed I have ever slept in..Even the shop has great stuff if you need a last-minute gift or two. Have stayed here for several years, so it feels like home even if you are away for the holidays

Staff courteous and helpful. The lobby, restaurant and pool area of the hotel are awesome. Rooms are quite ordinary though and seem a bit overpriced compared to other equally good hotels in the area.

Staff reported that this Hyatt is on the verge of a major renovation. Ice machine was broken the entire weekend; walls very thin so I heard a party next door until 1 AM; carpet wrinkled and spotty. Extremely convenient location; food excellent; excellent shower.

We spent just one night at the hotel before a visit to the University campus.. After a long and tough drive to the area, we arrived to find a boisterous prom underway on the main floor. we asked for a quiet room and the staff was most accommodating. Once we were in our room, we were able to get to sleep without any noise. the next morning, we ate breakfast at the buffet in the hotel. It was a bit pricey, but the staff was wonderful --- gracious and funny -- and the made to order omelet was delicious.

Arrived at the hotel and checked in to be told that the key-system was "down" and that I would need to be escorted to my room and a key provided at a later time. I patiently waited to be escorted to my room until nearly 20 minutes had elapsed at which point I asked again to be taken to my room. The desk clerk (in training per his name tag) then asked me what my room number was and insisted he had given me this information. He hadn't, but regardless, he was the one who checked me in! I would have assumed he would have that information! We were then led a merry chase around the hotel as he was unsure where to find the room. We entered the room to find it was already occupied (!) and were promptly taken to another room. After going out for the evening and returning, we stopped at the front desk to retrieve keys and were told that they "had been slipped under the door" - the clerk could not understand why we didn't have them....!! Bed was average, decor a bit tired looking, bathroom non-descript. Overall, not really up to this chain's usual standards. Not impressed for the price.

I arrived before noon and the staff checked me in anyway! Now that's great customer service. Room service was excellent and the room was awesome.
