My go to spot to stay when visiting New Hope and Peddler’s Village as it is only less than 10 min away from each place! Affordable, clean, staff are friendly, you can buy toiletries and snacks at the front 24/7, free breakfast from 7-10am, cute outdoor pool with bar, comfy bed, free ample parking…only downside is that the tennis court area looks terrible - has not been maintained and is unusable, but mostly an eyesore!

My daughter and I stayed here Labor Day weekend and had a great time! Its right in between Peddlers Village and Main Street which was very convenient. Staff was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back!

We had never been before. We should have asked to be poolside. Smoking areas were too close to doors and corridors. I wish I knew there were full time residents. Some were a bit sketchy looking. Biggest complaint was smoking areas. Too many too close

This hotel and suites is completely comfortable, clean, has plenty of free on-site parking, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a few minute drive to the actual town of New Hope, but for the price and convenience of a place to stay, it can’t be beat!

What was disappointing was the promotional materials stated dinner was available every day starting about 5 PM This was a major deciding factor for our choice of the hotel. However upon entering the dinning room at about 5:30 PM, there was a very big group of people around the piano singing at the top of their lungs. It was now that we learned that there was a standard group sing there every Thursday. Not having a choice at this time to go elsewhere, we had to sit at the bar and have dinner with an exceptional noisy sing going on. This was quite unpleasant. This should have been stated in the promotional materials so that a guest could plane on dinner elsewhere on Thursday. Not good at all.
