The room was clean and the employees very friendly. However I could not find my key at the end of the night and got a new one at the front desk. I gave my name and room number but the employee did not ask me for ID or anything. I even asked if they wanted to see it and he said no. Upon my departure I told the person on duty about the situation and he was very surprised. Also the faucet in the bathroom was loose and coming away from the sink.

Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Bathroom sink was draining really slow and I advised front desk upon check-out. Heating unit was set at 58 but room was very warm so we turned off and room was comfortable all night.

The room was in good condition. Breakfast was good. Bar and kitchen staff excellent!!! However, the manager that weekend (1/10- 1/11) was rude and not very hospitable. When I stopped him to compliment his staff he brushed passed me and yelled “put it on the website.” Not an appropriate response to a guest trying to offer positive feedback. It was a turn off. He was really the only negative of the stay.

The parking lot was a little icy but the Inn was at the mercy of the weather. The overall stay was great and would definitely stay there again. Place was very clean which is the most important when away from home.

Room was clean, bed was incredibly comfortable, and staff were friendly and helpful. When we first arrived to our room our key did not work, but there was a maintenance worker taking down Christmas lights nearby and he came straight over to ask if we needed assistance, let us in to our room so we could unload our luggage, and then kindly went back to the front desk with our keys to get them activated. I wish I had gotten his name, because he went out of his way for us and did it all with a smile, despite being out in the rain on a winter night.
