Newer hotel in walking distance to bars and restaurants. Gated and fenced parking lot with two electric vehicle chargers (Blink) that were not listed as features for the hotel anywhere I saw, but were nice to have for my Telsa! Breakfast food wasn't great, but didn't expect much. Lobby and rooms were comfortable and had everything you need.
Front desk was extremely helpful and welcoming.
This property advertised River view. The only view was downtown homes and tops of buildings. No Riverview.

I booked and pre-paid a king sized bedroom with a view of the Ohio River but when I arrived I was told there were no more available and was instead given a king size room with a view ofa parking lot.
People very friendly. Room very spacious and clean. Breakfast good. We were able to walk every where we went.
Great breakfast selection that included eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Not just dry foods and pastries like some continental breakfast. Very clean and nice amenities. Everything was great except the walls were a little thin. Could hear neighbors more than should have.
The breakfast was great. The lady that worked at breakfast was very good. She was always moving quickly and the place was very clean. I like that the bar was connected to the front desk, great idea.
This is a newer property in downtown Evansville. I loved the contemporary design of the entire hotel. The separate space for breakfast in the morning was a very smart concept! The room was comfortable and clean. The shower tiles around the drain were in need of repair but that was probably poor craftsmanship. Overall a great experience and we plan on staying again in the future!
