I would stay again, it is one of the better hotels in evansville, plus you cant beat the pricd, also in a good location and close to few things if need
The room was quite bare bones, not even cups or a coffee maker available. It also smelled heavily of old stale smoke, despite being a non-smoking residence.

Called to let them know I'd be checking in after 3pm, and they threatened to give my room away. Demanded I give them a time I'd be there and said if I wasn't there at that time, I would lose my room. Room condition was sub-par. They make you wait at the front desk while checking out so they can go look at your room for damage or stolen items. I won't stay here again.
