The room was very neglected. Hadn't been mopped or swept in what seemed like months. There were roaches everywhere. Tell me how a roach mamages to get into the freezer? Everyone staying there either looked like on drugs or homeless. You can tell its a place where they let anyone stay there fornlong periods of time! Digesting place i wouldnt even recommend for a dog!!

Do not be misled by the pictures. This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. Check-in took over an hour; the front desk agent moved extremely slowly, spending several minutes on each step in the computer. The room had a strong, unpleasant odor and did not feel clean. Overall, the condition of the property is unacceptable, and the experience was very disappointing. It’s hard to understand how this place continues operating in its current state. I would not recommend staying here.

Too cold for a pool. I did not see one. We have stayed there in the past. It is an older hotel so it could use some tlc. The water pressure was great, it was already a perfect temperature in the room, & I really liked the bed setting as high as it was.

What I get for being cheap

The room was so bad that we decided to leave and book another hotel, even though it cost us extra. I was here for a business meeting and honestly felt gross just setting my things down in the room. On top of that, the directions for pulling into the property were confusing and added to the frustration. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or stay at again.

I will never recommend this place for anyone.

The room we were given had mold growing on the walls in multiple places, unfinished drywall, smelled like urine, and was more like a section 8 apartment than a hotel room. I was worried there were bedbugs and checked out immediately. The pictures on Hotels.com were extremely misleading, they had to have been taken when the hotel initially opened. The young man at the front desk did a fine job and I cannot blame him for the unkept building he works in.
