Stayed here with my boyfriend just to get away for a night, as I am on spring break from college and can't afford too much luxury. It was aggressively underwhelming. The wifi connectivity for my phone was awful and I eventually just resorted to using my own data because it was faster. I'm not sure if that would be any different on a laptop or tablet. There was some rust on the shower rod in the bathroom, but that wasn't a huge deal to me. The only power outlet I could find in the room that wasn't being used for something else did not work and would not charge my phone, so I had to use an outlet in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay--the best part was being able to make your own waffles. However, there were a few plus sides. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and heated up quickly. We enjoyed the convenience of the indoor pool. Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. Overall, it's an average hotel for the price. I would probably recommend a different hotel to someone before mentioning this one, but it wasn't terrible.

We would NOT have stayed the night if we'd seen the black mold, but we didn't notice it until the next morning. This place looks as if it was built in the 50's, with worn carpet, worn fixtures, and just a lifeless atmosphere. We had to call down to get a light bulb for the lamp by the desk. The door to the bathroom wouldn't stay closed, as the handle was broken. There weren't any USB ports in the room. We don't bother bringing the charging units for our phones because we haven't needed them at any hotel for a couple years now! The only way to let the bathroom sink drain was to remove the stopper completely, as it would not stay up. There were chips in the sink and the bathtub. We couldn't have used the little freezer compartment if we had wanted to, as it was completely blocked with ice. The noise level was VERY high, and even after calling the front desk to ask if they would deal with the people above who seemed to be having a party, late at night, nothing changed. We didn't bother with breakfast in the morning...we'd seen enough to know we didn't want to risk anything coming out of the kitchen. We have filed a complaint with Choice Hotels, the parent company of Quality.

My family enjoyed a nice stay at Quality Inn East during Christmas vacation in 2017. We experienced clean, spacious and well maintained facilities, and a great breakfast, with a variety of fresh and flavorful choices. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. There was some noise from a lot of footsteps through the ceiling in the night- maybe maintenance, but still a very good hotel experience.

Had to travel from Kansas to Virginia and back due to a death in the family. I had to travel with my 83 yo Mom and 3 small dogs. I was having a difficulty finding a decent, affordable room that would allow the dogs. I call Quality Inn and was pleasantly surprised at the customer service provided by Kelly at the front desk. As you might know, after traveling in a car for close to 11 hours with all my passengers did not make for a pleasant mood on my part. I really wanted a pleasant experience with customer service and a decent room. I got both!! Kelly was working when I checked in and a smile on her face. The room was very clean and just what I needed. Did not make use of the pool or other amenities. Needless to say I was happy enough with the room that I booked it again for my return. The only complaint I have is that the free breakfast shuts down too early. I would recommend this motel.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The room rate was excellent, which means that I can overlook some shortcomings: no cover for a vehicle when loading or unloading, some traffic noise for a room facing the highway, no fitness center, furnishings and carpet somewhat in need of renovation, small breakfast area, one slow elevator. Now that my gripes are out of the way, I can point out the positives in addition to the cost: efficient check-in, clean room, firm bed, multiple full-size pillows on each bed, relatively large refrigerator, excellent shower head (see photo), standard variety of breakfast items, indoor pool (which I never use at a hotel because of the small size), many restaurants nearby (including an Applebee's next door).

We were in town for a softball tournament. The location to the fields, shopping, and food was excellent. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Check in was a little lengthy due to checking in 10 rooms. Their computer system required each room to be a separate transaction. However, staff was pleasant and worked as quickly as possible. The pool was clean and not overwhelming with checmicals. However, it was a very cold "heated" pool. The breakfast was ok. There was biscuits, gravy, eggs, waffles, cereals, bagels, toast, oatmeal, and fruit. The milk was strangely very good. Overall, if you are looking for a good nights rest in a convenient location with a great place, I highly recommend Quality Inn East. No complaints here.

We were in town for a local function and the price was more inline than the host hotel. The staff was friendly, check in quick grounds clean. Room had all the amenities, set of 4 towels, washcloths and hand towels, no hand safety bar, hair dryer and great a/c. Breakfast had hot and cold items. There was an indoor pool the others seemed to enjoy. Applebee's is next door, easy walk.

Located next door to the Applebees is convenient. Pulling up to the hotel I wondered if I was going to be comfortable staying here. I say this only because there were lots of work trucks parked there. I frankly don't want to deal with the guys hanging out by the exits smoking etc. Glad they are working....they are always polite but, hey, it is my issue. 😊. I was warmly greeted by Kelly. She was very nice and accommodating in checking me into the hotel. Voicing my "concerns" she gave me a room on the 3rd floor because she said it would be quiet. It was! The room was very nice, it was quiet and I DID enjoy my stay. Breakfast was typical hotel fare so I just went to Cracker Barrel . No big deal for me. Not a criticism on the hotel either. Sometimes ya just want bacon and eggs! 🤗. Yes, I will stay here again. The price is right, it is located near shopping and restaurants and not far from the highway.

We thought this was a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, which is what we were looking for as we had been driving all day and wanted comfort and sleep. We had it here. The free breakfast was so so, but it was free...We were fine with it.

My family and I wanted to take short trip ...we decided to go to Evansville it was close to our state ....we had so much fun there that we decide that day...to stay overnigh we didn't have one we knew in Evansville. ..so we decided to get on the main strip to find a decent hotel to stay in for the night...We love Quality Inn Motels....so we saw one and we went inside ...The desk clerk was very and nice and polite and very helpful. ..the hotel was clean and pool was a nice size...the beds were very comfortable and the pillows also were very fluffy....we were sooo glad we had chosen this place...The best Quality Inn we had ever stayed in ....we will be back....
