Overpriced-at least on Orbitz. Obviously intended as a conference destination, not a place to bring family for a local visit. No complimentary breakfast. $15/calendar day just to park, so a 3 night stay costs $60 just to park. Since business travelers will simply pass these expenses to their organization via travel vouchers, they don't care, it's not real money. For personal travelers, it's an unacceptable rip-off.

Was not told I needed to request housingkeepibg in order to get it- they claimed there were stickers in the room that also informs guests- no stickers in my room- figured day 2 they would do it after lodging complaint but it never happened- will never stay at this property ever again….I was aware of $15 parking per night charges in Adavnce but still feel it was excessive and the parking is not connected to the hotel…

Delicious breakfast buffet with amazing staff!!!!!

Never had a corner suite. Hooked

Location is the best thing about this hotel because it is attached to the Ford Center. I have stayed here several times but this time was dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Very dusty and bedside tables not clean.

Only had 1 elevator operating, which made for long lines and over crowded elevators. Which meant you couldn’t properly social distance. When others werent wearing masks it nade it especially bad

Great

I had hair that didn't belong to me in the shower, toliet had a lil roll, dust was under the lamp on the table by bed and the padding underneath had pee stains don't know if it's been washed. I used to work at double nothing like this

It was great! Very clean and staff was nice however the ice machines on the 3rd and 4th floor were out of ice.

Location was convenient. Check in was not good. Arrived 2.5 hrs after check in time and had to wait 25 minutes for room to be available.

Very convenient location. Clean rooms and easy/quick check-in.

Business hotel on the weekend. One half empty .Not crowded... Great!

Staff at check in great. Pleasing facility. Love the crosswalk to th Ford Center. Starbucks fantastic. In room dining nice even though they came a bit early.

Hotel staff greeted us upon arrival. Rooms are very nice and clean and staff is helpful

This is hotel is super nice, affordable and beautifully decorated!!
