This was my first time staying in this hotel. The room was clearly outdated and in need of repair. The bathtub had visible cracks, and the shower didn’t turn on properly. The toilet flushed, but it usually took a while. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was a major concern. There were piles of dirt and hair behind the mattress. If I had the opportunity, I would have attached pictures to illustrate the situation.
