We had a wonderful stay at the Anchor. The view from the deck was great, the house had plenty of room for my kids and grandkids, and the house is well maintained. We rent often at Beaver Lake and would definitely stay here again. The stairs from the house to the lake added the extra benefit of a daily stair workout!

Amazing location with a beautiful setting. Easy distance to Eureka Springs and Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge. House is spacious and well-equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Don't come expecting updated bathrooms and fixtures, but everything is clean and in wonderful condition with plenty of seating for gathering for meals or group conversation. Nice house

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 6 women to enjoy a weekend getaway. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make our own meals. The view from the deck was amazing and so peaceful. The only major drawback was cell phone reception and the awful dirt road to get to the house.

Annual Family Lake Trip

This place is definitely a retreat! We absolutely loved the private dock. It is a short jog from Starkey Marina where we rented a slip. It was great to drop people off who were done boating to go to the house. It was also great to lounge on the swim dock. It has been said there are quite a few stairs down to the dock. It is a great path with stairs which is better than many places. The house was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the large table in the dining room for family meals. Loved our stay!
