Staff was very friendly. It is an older property, but the rooms are updated and clean. Overall it was very nice. A good breakfast including fress fruit. The air conditioning unit was an older type and a little noisy, but thst is to be expected in an older property. The window shades were nice, but they could have used a black out curtain as well. Overall great experience.

Clean rooms. Clean breakfast area. I will say we booked our stay rather late and the staff seemed reluctant to accept arrivals after 10:00 PM

Good breakfast. Clean, older hotel with comfortable beds and good linens. Some signs of wear but overall a good experience.

Had a nice two night stay here. We chose this place as it seemed centrally located to everything, was well priced, and biker friendly. It's an older hotel but in good, clean condition. Room was clean, spacious, and neat. We had a king size bed in our room that was quite tall and a step stool was provided to help you into bed. The air conditioning worked very well. There was even a covered porch with chairs for use. One parking spot per room was available. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruit, hardboiled eggs, pastries, and cereal. Several restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel (highly recommend the Rockin' Pig Saloon) and there was a gas station next store. Would stay here again if in the area.

This is a beautiful building and one of the best motel stays I've ever had! Comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff, tasty and healthy breakfast!

We were ther during off season so I’m sure things are a little different than prime season... The staff is super friendly and helpful. Tommy was comfortable and clean. I only have 2 complaints. There are multiple buildings and only one had a working ice machine and it wasn’t the building we were in. The carpet was not clean and there was a Sonic cup, a coke can, and a sock under the bed that wasn’t ours which makes me think they don’t clean the floors or under the beds. Everything else was nice and seemed cleaned. Beds were comfy and the location is perfect. We would stay again.

My friends and I stayed here while on a motorcycle trip. It is a nice, clean place located near the famous Pig Trail ride on highway 23.

Great place right in the middle of every attraction

It's a nice distance from downtown but not too far. Room was clean and the staff was excellent. Loved the fresh fruit and pastries for breakfast.

Clean rooms, friendly managment, peaceful. A quant getaway in a great location.

An okay place to stay for the most part, but we only slept there spending most our time out and about. Slightly overpriced for what you get. People are the best! Not great water pressure or Wi-Fi.

The Continental breakfast was delicious (everything was fresh and remained stocked). Staff was wonderful. Rooms are modest. The decor in the room we stayed in had been updated however it is clear the facilities are older. It was perfect for our family as we did not need anything fancy. The kids enjoyed the small playground and met some new friends. I would recommend!

We decided to spend the night in the area at the last minute. The reviews were excellent on this hotel and we agree. Very clean, and most important for us, the King bed was perfect! The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the price was great! Will stay here again!

Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh grapes and melon. Coffee was also good. If your a smoker the have patios to smoke. Rooms are very clean. Beds are nice.

They have the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on, including our mattress at home (which we will be replacing ASAP). The staff, although small, is very friendly. Rooms are clean and tidy, there ia a microwave but no fridge. We would definitely stay here again.

We checked in at 12:30pm. The room was clean and up to date. The bed was okay, a little too firm for my liking. At 10:30pm I got a call on my cellphone from the front desk asking when we expected to arrive and check in. My husband told the young lady that we were in the room and in bed. Apparently the person at the front desk forgot to check us in on their computer. The next day I got a call from the front desk asking me to bring my credit card by the front desk because I booked the room with one card and paid for it with a different card. This causes their bookkeeping to be off so I obliged. The staff was very nice but they seemed a bit disorganized. I might try a large chain hotel next time I visit Eureka Springs just because of the bed but for the most part this one was fine.

Family room had 3 queen beds. Clean nice and affordiable.

On a busy, pretty noisy corner, lots of motorcycle noise. The room was really clean. The bed was HARD, the pillows seemed old and not great, there were only blinds at the window, so I had to clip a blanket we had with us over it to be dark enough to sleep. The shower head hit middle of my back, I hate ducking to wash my hair, and after a long car ride, it would be nice to have a nice comfortable shower with good water pressure. The breakfast was subpar, very bad danishes and donuts and unripe bananas, oatmeal and 3 cereal choices, some yogurt and bagels. No peanut butter for toast or bagels. The desk workers were nice, helpful about what to see and do.
