Place is not clean, staff was overwhelmed and stressed out. For a tiny place as Crescent City it can be argued that the location is good.

A clean nice hotel for the night. Close to the start of 101 redwood road trip. 30 minutes to first drive through tree heading south. Great stay and breakfast in AM

Ended up here during a road trip thru the Redwoods with 3 small children. The rooms were a good size, not cramped at all! Great service, and the beds were comfortable!

This hotel was nothing special and not exactly the cleanest but was acceptable for the one night we were there. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. I did find the vending machine to be avoidable yet funny as they had only a couple spots with items in them. most were not even in the front where you would get an item if paid for and they included items like different halloween candies and nothing like chips etc that you would normally see. Was a great facebook post though!

Clean, safe, average - good location for the top end of Redwoods NP

There were somebody's hair in the bath tub and in the sink. It may came off when wiping with not so clean towel. The bed was too soft. This cannot be a "quality inn". We thought they gave us the worst room because we reserved through popular online discount service, however, common places like breakfast room and front desk are decorated with extremely poor taste. We feel so poor to stay this particular Quality Inn at Crescent City, California. Not recommendable!!!

Liked it. My daughter would have liked bagels in the continental breakfast but other than that it was nice. Go for the local food. Great!

This place was a great location for hiking Redwood National Park. The information Center was less than a mile away and one could travel in any direction (except West) and get to a trailhead in less than 20-30 minutes. Also dining was extremely close buy with a number of great tasting seafood restaurants literally within 1/2 mile of the hotel.

we were in Crescent City for the passing of a parent the room was extremely quiet which gave us time and space to relax during the 3 days we were in town

Very good deal. Thank you. I will stay here again. Friendly night staff. Fairly comfy bed. Huge room. Clean.

The staff is great! The room, oh boy. Carpets need replacing and so does the bedspread and dust ruffle. It was sufficient. But I won't stay there again

better than expected stay! Very nice owners and staff. Our dog really enjoyed it too as she had a patio door out to a dunes by the sea. Would definitely stay there again. The owner's wife told us he'd personally been to all the eating places to find the best for his guests......The Good Harvest and, yes, food was excellent.

People friendly, good location, would stay here again

Was not as nice as it looked in the picture and for the price I was expecting a bit more. For an ocean view, that we paid for we were able to see the hotel courtyard. But it was clean and the staff were friendly.all in all just wish I would have stayed somewhere cheaper for the price.

Overall the stay was adequate. It was not worth the price quoted except that it's location was perfect for the trip. It was easy to get around town.

you pay for an ocean view that in reality is a view on dried field of grass and mess and a far away a bit of the marina. There're three big dogs under the left side of the building. They're not quite, over NIGHT! For that price the breakfast is offensive. Mini yogurts, mini coffee cakes and low quality drinks. Overall the hotel is decent and people are friendly, but it's definitely too pricy for the quality of the room and the location. The carpet was old, dusty and first time in many years that I didn't find tissues in the bathroom. Small details that not improve my sense of stay and bang for the buck balance.
