Room was clean, we got a room in the back area so we could have quiet. It was quiet but there's no elevator yet to go up to third floor. Breakfast had everything one would wAnt and the manager was all about pleasing us. There's a few restaurants across the road and there's a wharf across the street as well. Not a lot of charm for a town though, but adequate.

It was very outdated, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep all night! Only plus was the location!

Surprised that the food in the restaurant was as decent as it was! Comfy, clean room. Quiet atmosphere. Friendly employees.

Great staff, great room, great breakfast and restaurant staff.

This is a good hotel for a road trip stop. We were able to unload, shower, rest and continue you on our way. It was clea and staff was friendly.

All was great but theres tons of kids that are loud in the mourning. Great gor families but horrible for a get romantic away

This hotel overall was pretty good will stay again.

A line for check in and staff was slow to process. 3 folks ahead of us. This literally took over 10 minutes. Room was clean but smelled a tad musty. Breakfast next door was slightly better than expected. For this chain it is a bit below par, more like a chain one would get for 30 less.

We paid quite a price for the room. It had a broken coffee pot and a dirty bath tub. Staff were friendly. The room did not look like the pics that were showed of the room reserved and was quite expensive for such a small stuffy room. Did come with a free breakfast which was nice but for 149.00 the stay was not worth the room we were put in. Wont stay there again. Anchor Inn down the road has great rooms at a better price and are clean.

Hotel was in a great location - we enjoyed the food at the Onsite restaurant

The hotel more than met our expectations. Friendly staff. Easy check-in. Comfortable bed. Stopped on a road trip overnight. Clean and welcoming grounds. Enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and the free wi-fi. Would definitely stop here again and recommend to others. Nicer than the other hotels in area.

Everything was very clean and tidy, which is somewhat hard to come by in Crescent City. We took a spur of the moment trip to the Redwoods in February and stayed in a lesser quality hotel the first night to save some $$. Since it was storming and we figured to be spending a little more time than originally planned in our hotel, we decided to spend an extra $30 and stay here. It was a good choice. Nice beds and the breakfast was in the form of a buffet voucher for next door. Breakfast was pretty decent. I would recommend staying here.

Staff was great very friendly, helpful, and attentive. They had a pool available anytime which was great. The sauna, however, was not working, and that was too bad. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable, nothing spectacular or super fancy, but for the money it was great. It was a good experience and I would go back. I would recommend them.

The rooms are small. A small armchair was squeezed between bed and wall. Construction of another fllo was supposed to be finished, but it was far from it! The breakfast room was in fact a restaurant with plenty of space; however the quality and choice of the breakfast was simply awful.

We were very happy with the staff, they were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and plenty of amenities. The only problem was having to carry our luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was very satisfying. The waitress were also very friendly.

Convenient to the redwoods. The morning breakfast was good. More than just a continental breakfast.

Although it wasn't the worst place I've stayed in, it fell way below my expectations. The main complaint I would have was the noise! Not from other people or road noise, but the A/C and the pipes! It was ridiculously loud! The breakfast was very mediocre although the staff were very friendly! The bathroom is extremely tiny. It was on the ocean, but not across from a nice beach.

Beautiful location, great staff! Booked the hotel to stay for the night as we were passing through, and I'm glad I did! Definitely recommend it for anyone who's traveling south and needs a place to stay for the night.

WE had nice clean rooms, the service was great .The breakfast was good .Just what we were looking for.

Clean rooms, nice staff and equipted well for the price. The location of the hotel was easy to find and the room we stayed in was quiet which was the big thing we were looking for.
