Room204: bathroom is clean yet has a bit of black mold. Staff is “quiet” and pleasant. AC and wifi work. Room smells fresh, linens and beddings are clean. On the “go breakfast” of waffles, bread, jam, cereal, milk, hot chocolate, coffee is available. Wish there were fruit. Thank you for the good experience!

The room was clean for the most part the doors had brown smudges all over them. I’m thinking it was just make up and the door knob was greasy. The sheets were clean and the floor and tables. The breakfast isn’t terrible but some fruit would help balance it a bit. They had coco packets but no hot water available. For the price it is very acceptable, located across from restaurants, beaches, and the boat docks. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Resident above stomped around room until midnight, and started up again at 6am :-( Not the operator's fault, but does speak to the thin floors on the upper story. Next time, I'll ask for an upstairs room.
