"Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. They put me in a quiet room which was exactly what I needed.
The pillows are big fluffy lumps and they gave me the worst stiff neck. Also, no shampoo! You can’t tell when the bottle is empty. I called to get shampoo and I got two more conditioners because it said apres shampoo and was confusing to the staff, I think.
