I liked the location of nearby restaurants. I dislike the lack of cleaniness of the hotel room and the unfriendliness of the desk clerk.
Convenient to where I needed to be. Toilet seat was missing.
The property is close to things but they need to keep it cleaner and roach free had to kill 5 roaches had to leave my belongings in my car so we didn’t take roaches home with me and they need to offer some type of breakfast not jus cold coffee that is not even a full cup left and not enough towel or pillows and blankets when it’s winter months
I am extremely disappointed with my stay! It got down to 48 degrees and I did not have a bedspread and only two sheets. Toilet would NOT flush room 140.
Quick check in. Very clean room. High pressure shower. Nice tv and faat wifi. Close to dennys and starbucks
Nice and clean, near food and coffee. Some shopping close by too.
I went to check in and the deck clerk told me that I had not paid so the conversation got rather tence the after talking to customer service I had to request a manager an hour later and haveing to miss an appointment that I had the problem had to do with a electronic card was not activated or something like that that I should not of been involved with moltel was great the booking was messed up
Temporarily stayed with my daughter and the door lock did not work.
Bathroom and sink are separate from one another light was out tell me how do they clean a bathroom and tub without a light the floor was dirty the remote control was filthy I had to clean it, a chair we did not sit on because it had crumbs and dirt from prior people there I will never stay there again. When i told the young lady she ignored the situation. No phone or radio in the room.
