Very nice stay. Good quality for the price on a busy weekend. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, especially with dealing with multiple check ins and a phone ringing off the hook. The rooms were updated and nice. Good and comfortable. The location is situated nicely near the springfield downtown area and eateries. Very nice stay.

Staff was friendly, hotel has been remodeling over the past few months. Out of respect for Guests all noise stops at 4:30pm. Our stay was good. Beds: clean, new platform beds were being put into each room. The beds was comfortable. Although, need to be careful when sitting down on the bed because it will slide on yhe laminate floor.

Parking is a challenge on busy weekends

The hotel is clean and rooms are updated. The breakfast isn’t great - pretty much just a single waffle maker. Sometimes fresh fruit. If you visit during a busy weekend you could be asked to park in a different business’ parking lot because they don’t have enough spots in their parking lot.

The staff was friendly. The room is fairly clean. However they said $100 deposits will take 3 business days to get back. The parking lot is tiny and there are not enough parking spaces. Breakfast area has only three small tables and breakfast doesn’t have any hot deli like egg, sausages or patties.
