The only real issue that we had was one of the 2 rooms that we had had a very strong mildew smell. We had to go buy lysol and air freshener before we could stay in the room. The hotel was notified and they said they would look into it. The breakfast was great at the attached restaurant. many.

The front desk staff was friendly. She was busy with other duties, but helped me check into our room asap. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room came with a microwave and small, digital clock. Not every room has a mini fridge which was disappointing. The clock has multiple USB C ports for your devices. There are plenty of lighting options around the bed. The bathroom is large, clean, and the shower is modern. There is no fan in the bathroom. Also, there was a function happening in their conference room so they weren’t serving dinner in the restaurant that night. I have food restrictions and there weren’t any local restaurants to accommodate my needs. We had sandwiches in our room. I would recommend this hotel if you need a nice, safe place to stay for the night. Also, there is a super Walmart within walking distance.

Employees were friendly, bathroom recently remodeled looks great only problem is I’m 6”2 and the toilet made me feel like it’s was for a child they were really low. Bed was comfortable and room was clean, housekeeping should vacuum a little better as there were wrappers on the floor close to the base board. Price was good for the overnight get away. They give you a ticket to the restaurant for breakfast (it’s included in your stay) you have a menu to pick from and all great options. Food came out quick and was really good. Waitress was really friendly.

When finally we got the key the room stank, we had to go buy febreze, the bed sheets were old. The curtain didn’t completely close. The desk chair was very dirty and worn out. This is the 1st Quality inn that disappoint me.

Our stay lasted 7 days. During that week they didn’t make the bed, changed the sheets, clean the bathroom, vacuum or bring toilet paper, tissues or soap. I never stayed at a Quality Choice Hotel with such mediocre service. All access doors are open 24 hours. You don’t need a key to enter, which provided no security at all. On the other hand, the breakfast is very good and the people who serve you are very friendly.

Wonderfully friendly staff! We received a warm greeting when we arrived which was after 11pm and the same welcome and warm service the next morning when serving us our breakfast. Clean and well stocked room. We would stay here again!
