The room was dirty. There were dead bugs in the bathroom floor and one on the tray for the cups and ice bucket. The smoke detector was missing the cover on it, if it even worked. There was a bracket that fell from the drapes stuck in the window. The carpets could use a good cleaning. The sheets did seam clean.

The included cook to order breakfast was delicious every time. Kathleen server was super nice, friendly and accommodating. The room we had first was a little frustrating because the key we were given didnt work for the outside door or the room key. Was difficult because our room was literally on the other side of the motel and with mobility issues very uncomfortable. Had to go to the front desk 5 times for keys even with a person coming along with us it still happened again. We were finally switched to a different room where we had no issues. Room 147 major key/door issues. additional piece of advice turn handle up to open doors and close gently as not to shake the mechanism for door locks.... all in all a nice little place. Thank you for somewhere to bring in the new year! 🙂

A staff first and foremost, stood out the most with their kindness, professionalism happiness, and they’re willingness to like do anything to make you happy. And even though the Inn is in renovations, and there were some things that still needed repaired. The important things were addressed first the beds were comfortable and clean the room smelled fresh and the refrigerator hairdryer TV. All worked some of the lamps worked but not all and I think the plug-in for like charging unit was a little sloppy like the outlets were a little wide on. It was an adapter on the table. And even though some places on the walls were not perfect I could not have been happier with the accommodations as I was treated. Although there is one thing I found a little annoying, but not sure there was much that could’ve been done about it, that’s was kind of like a maze from the room. We stayed in to get to the main desk or the dining room room but after a while, we got it, but it was quite a trip.

When you first walk in the hallway you smell cigarette smoke and marajuana. Horrible. We stayed in 111. The room had a hint of cigarette smell as well. While there the smell of cigarettes came and went. The people next door slammed thwir door ALL night long. Very outdated hotel and it shows. Bed was hard and springy. I could not get comfy. The only good thing here was the breakfast. It was very good.

The hotel itself was average but having a restaurant attached that serviced all the guests (with meal tokens) a made to order breakfast in a restaurant was so unexpected and efficient! Thank you Quality Inn

Had to call out for the front desk clerk when I checked in. Room was clean. Had to turn on the heat. However, the sheet on the bed was wrinkled bad. I guess they don't press their sheets. Bed was alright, I had a fairly good nights sleep. Breakfast was mediocre. Not a big choice. The morning desk clerk had to set it up, it seems. It served the purpose. I would stay again if ever in the area, and give them a another chance. Being Christmas Eve/Day, guess they didn't have the staff.
