Provided Items:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels (please bring your own beach towels).
A starter pack of essentials, including 2-3 rolls of toilet paper, 1-2 rolls of paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and 2-3 garbage bags.
1 travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bar soap, and makeup remover towels.
Pantry Items: Due to health and safety guidelines, all pantry items are removed between guests. Please bring your own cooking essentials, such as oil, spices, and sugar.
Fire Pit: Guests must bring their own firewood for the fire pit.

Things to Note
The yard and fire pit are shared with guests in the Cedar Studio and main house.
Parking: Pine Studio guests have access to parking for 1 car.
No smoking or pets are allowed.
The loft in Pine is not for guest use. Please do not climb, remove, or move the ladder.

Security Cameras: Outdoor cameras are installed for guest and property security. They operate 24/7 with motion detection and audio/video recording.

Please Note: Contact us if you’re interested in booking the entire property, including Cedar Studio and the main house, accommodating up to 10 guests. This option is perfect for family reunions or group getaways!
