Union place is nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just 8 minutes from I-70/Englewood exit. This remodeled brick home has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a full kitchen with new stainless stove and dishwasher, granite countertops, coffee bar (including an espresso maker, Keurig, and drop coffee pot), washer, dryer, complete with high speed internet and a 55” smart TV and some other small updates added recently. There is a large fenced-in backyard complete with a small basketball court, with restaurants, coffee shops and shopping all within ten minutes, and less than 15 minutes from the Dayton airport and other local sites.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and a coffee maker.
