Access to the whole property is available to guests. Guests will receive a code to enter the property via a smart lock on the day of check-in.
There is a locked owner’s closet located in the basement. Please do not try to access it during your stay. No garage access.
Other Things to Note
Driveway parking is available for up to 2-3 vehicles. You access it off the alley to the north of the house. Not suitable for big vehicles . There is street parking in front of the house as well. Please do not park in the grass.

Each of the three bedrooms is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The primary suite features a plush King-sized Purple mattress for a rejuvenating sleep. The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen-sized Purple mattress, while the third boasts another spacious King-sized Purple mattress. All beds are dressed in luxurious Quince bedding, ensuring a restful and indulgent stay.

This home comfortably sleeps 6, with room for up to 8 (additional $50/guest/night for guests 7 and 8, or for any guest needing a main-level bed instead of upstairs). Please notify us in advance if linens for the sleeper sofa are needed; last-minute requests may incur an additional fee.

Late Same-Day Check-In: For same-day check-ins after 1 PM, expect unit preparation until 6 PM due to scheduling. You can inquire before booking to determine whether listing will be ready at 4 PM - there's a good chance it will be.
Late Check-Out: Standard at 11 AM; late check-out incurs fees and potential eviction. Guest remaining beyond check out will incur a late check out fee. If our cleaning team arrives and must wait, a cleaner wait fee of $50 applies for every 30 min or any portion the there of beginning at their arrival time.
Liability & Insurance: Guests liable for damages; personal belongings insurance advised.
Service Animals: ADA service animals must adhere to guidelines; misrepresentation results in eviction.
