Property was OK, but was showing its age in some maintenance, e.g. rusty hinges in the bath, torn carpet near elevators. It was a convenient place to stay, near a variety of shops.

The staff went out of their way to be certain that we had adjacent rooms which was important to us traveling with our daughter and her three children. Also the breakfast staff was aware and helpful, even brought a sharp knife when she saw me trying to cut an apple with a plastic knife.

The staff was very pleasant. It was a soft knock for room cleaning, it didn't sound like a cop knock. The staff was willing to help with any fees with deeded like extra towels or toothpaste. The pool was very nice and the hot tub was fantastic. I will definitely be staying here again but I returned ...

This property is the best of the best for common stay hotels. Top to bottom amazing, great staff, clean, and they have a pool with towels. An added bonus of workout room with hand towels, a laundry room and breakfast was included. I will continue to do business with Hilton going forwad! - Rob

What a nice, friendly and affordable hotel. Completely satisfied with my stay, starting from the checking process. Asked for a specific room location, to be close to other family members room. Asked twice if I need any additional supplies or towels. Highly recommend! :)
