Workers were very rude beside one gentleman toilet was clogged when we got there And told to plunge it ourselves and handed us a plunger. Bathtub was clogged. Breakfast was very subpar. Ice machine was broke. Asked for extra blanket theey said they don't provide them. But the worst was we found a needle in the pool took it to them and they just said to throw it away. Cops were there constanly 6 showed up just last night. We wont be staying here again.

This property has got to be the worst ive stayed at in my 44 years on earth. Came to the reception desk and was greeted with attitude and sarcasm. Then when i found cockroaches in my room was told there wasnt any other rooms for me. About 10 minutes later i went to the bathroom, number 1 and thw toilet backed up and was flooding all over thw room. I calle the front desk ina panic and a i got was a plunger theiugh the door and " Im busy, handle it yourself." I have never felt so abandoned and unsafe in an establishment in my life!! DO NOT BOOK.

Door right next to room propped open all night. Smoking right next to door. Room smelled bad. Noisy. Breakfast was a joke. Will never stay there again.

Do Not Stay Here!!

I asked for extra towels, never got them. I was at the hotel for 10 days and no one ever came and cleaned my room. I had to set my own trash outside the room. The bed was so uncomfortable. The floors weren’t clean and there were multiple soft spots when you stepped on them. Also, when I got there, they told me to park out back since my room was on the backside of the hotel and there were people out back doing & dealing drugs. I was confronted multiple times by people asking me for money in the hotel (other guests) & trying to get in my room. As a single woman traveling alone for work, I would NOT recommend this hotel for travel or staying there. The rates were cheap, but only stay in a tight pinch & and if you have more than just yourself & don’t have to take much in with you.

Our bed had a huge hole in the mattress. I told the front desk and they were sold out so they could not move us to another room. But, they did not offer a discount or anything. We did not sleep well at all.
