Staff support was lacking. I had an issue with a lost bank card, and called the desk to ask staff if perhaps my deposit could be returned a different way (besides my bank debit card which I had lost and had to report lost) Chris was on duty and was about as helpful as a ‘knot on a log’! He even became sarcastic in tone telling me, ‘we can’t do anything about a LOST bank card mam’ which had he cared enough to listen to me, he would have known I was not asking him to do a thing about my lost bank card. For guest services, this guy was -10 ! Seriously it has tainted my “want to” as far as staying at this Ramada Inn again!

Room was clean the pool was at a great temperature and area clean. The staff was extremely friendly to myself and my soccer team. The only thing I wished is for the price when we come in June was the same price as it is in November when we go. Other than that definitely good place with restaurants all around.
