The only issue that I can say was the breakfast was subpar. The biscuits were hard and stale and the waffle maker didn't work correctly. Other than that, the stay was great. No complaints about the room or the staff.

We arrived after midnight. When we got our bags from the car the back door wouldnt close. The desk clerk looked our car up online and came outside in the cold with a flashlight to help us and played with the door until it closed and locked. Well beyond his job description.

Breakfast and staff were great! This was our second weekend in a row staying here... the last weekend was great room was on the 2nd floor. This weekend we had a room on the bottom floor. The room smelled bad and there was a sewer smell at the pool occasionally. Maybe plumbing issues?? Anyway, pretty decent... love the staff

Normally stay at Hilton properties however due to a BB tournament in town I booked an extremely expensive room at the RAMADA INN. After check in the first problem I noticed was the door was not working property & the room smelled like MOLD. The AC was not on (100 degrees that day!) so I turned it on to get some air moving. I then took my shoes off to take a shower & found out why the room smelled like a WET MOLDY DOG! The carpet was completely wet & there was literally grey fuzzy mold growing in the corner next to the mini frig which of course was leaking. That is when I noticed the fleas flying around. I requested another room but they did not have one. I told them I was leaving & did not expect to pay. I was told I had to talk to the manager who I called a few days later. She told me I had to call Orbitz for a refund. Which was her FIRST LIE as the hotel had ran my CC. I called Orbitz explained the situation, who then confirmed that they could not give a refund & called the hotel an spoke to the same manager while I was on hold. Orbitz informed me that the manager had spoken to the owner & the owner would not give a refund. So I called the manager back. Who then informed me that only the owner could give a refund but the owner was gone & she could not speak with her until Monday. SECOND LIE! When I caught her in this lie she said "that she had texted with the owner when Orbitz called." BOTTOM LINE DO NOT EVER EVER EVER EVER STAY AT THE RAMADA INN @ ELIZABETHTOWN, KY!

AC seems adequate if temperature is set very low.

Traveling thru to visit our Daughter in Alabama, needed a place to stay for the night, very clean and helpful staff

This hotel smelled old. There was a cigarette smoke smell throughout the halls of the 3rd floor in which I stayed in. The room was very small and cramped. I couldn't walk in with the luggage cart. The small tv was blocked by an oversized fridge and microwave cabinet. When we turned on the heat it smelled like the room was on fire. If I had known the hotels proximity to the interstate I would have never stayed here. Our window face the interstate and all night all I could hear was tractor trailers rolling by, one after the other. I never expect anything amazing with a hotels free breakfast, but for 2 days biscuits and gravy were served from a beat up crock pot. The lady working in the café area hovers around to watch every move and its quite disturbing and doesn't feel like very welcoming.

One night stay during cross country trip. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great value too. Would definitely recommend.

All said about the clean, nice, quiet was right. I like it.
