There eas an odor in the lobby when you entered. Carpet in lobby and room was hideous. Should have had hard floors. Breakfast was disappointing. Keep the food freshly stocked so omelettes don't get hard and bacon limp and greasy. Better still, have scrambled eggs and keep replenishing. Don't put out a huge quantity and let it sit for hours. Have biscuits and gravy. You're in Kentucky for gosh sake. Night clerk was wonderful. Pat was her name. Morning clerk did not even ask me how my stay was. She did not appear to be interested. Very disappointing for a Marriott.

Arriving around 8pm is no good idea, except you have time until someone shows up. I had a room by the elevator and ice maker. This room was dirty, had this the last time a century ago in a cheep chain. That how I feel over the one night stay, in a dirty hotel. Your sleep will be no good close to the elevator, and that was it was.

I went to the hot tub water needs to be hotter IOT reduce bactaria

The staff at this location is very friendly and hospitable. The room we were placed in was very comfortable and clean. Overall we were very pleased with this location!

Have stayed in the past but this was my longest stay so far here of five nights. Breakfast was always out, hot and ready. Papers were there where you needed them. Staff was there when you needed them. Hot water in the shower, and the hotel wasn't too aged where it felt unkept. So that is nice. So all together, an inexpensive stay for a week. No frills other than your typical workout room and small pool but I didn't use either of those.

The front desk personnel were very nice both days. I would be happy to book another room there again!

We needed to drive to Kentucky to pick up my adult handicapped son who was being driven up from Texas. As it was the 4th of July weekend, many hotel rooms were already booked up. It was a very nice room, but the two beds were just doubles (not even Queen-size!) the room was quite small, and it was the most I've ever paid for a hotel room outside of a resort. It was a very nice room for, say, $90, but we paid almost twice that. Breakfast was fine, the location is great, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

This was a truly amazing experience...staff was very accommodating and the breakfast buffet was great. Hot eggs, ham...waffles, fruit and pastries! The family was very happy!

Desk staff person was extremely helpful. We arrived at 3:30 AM, and she allowed us to check out an hour later, providing us with much needed sleep. Facility was comfortable, parking amply sufficient, and room clean and well-kept. Would stay there again.

The Fairfield Inn - Elizabetown KY was a wonderful getaway. We had a King Suite with spacious bath, modern styling in the living room suite and a wonderfully comfortable bed. There was a stereo system with MP3 capabilities as well as 2 TV's. Although the work desk was a little cramped due to the size and shape of the living room, it was adequate for working online. Great breakfast area for the in-house breakfast with a good variety of restaurants right outside the door - well within walking distance. Well worth the money and will definitely stay there again.
