No attendant at 7PM. I had to call twice. Comforter was pretty stinky. Since I was exhausted I bucked up, raised temp in room, and replaced comforter with my jacket. Blech. I get this is an ultra efficiency hotel, but the bedding could at least appear to all be clean. Room 409

The room was smokey. The odor was even in the hallways. The room was spartan and drab. I left after the first night and booked my stay elsewhere.

Stayed for 1 week; room was clean, staff was friendly, location was very convenient. Would stay again.
IT'S A VERY PLEASANT EXTENDED LODGING FACILITY AND HAS ALL THE AMENITIES THAT ANY VAGABOND OR CONSEMATE TRAVELER WOULD EXPECT AT A BUDGET FRIENDLY RATE. THE RATES ARE MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE, THE LONGER YOU STAY AND QUITE BUDGET-CONCIOUS. THEY ALSO ACCOMODATE PERSONS LOOKING FOR INTERIM HOUSING AND/OR PERHAPS IN BETWEEN RESIDENCES AND/OR WERE BLACKLISTED FOR HOUSING. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE ISSUES INVOLVING QUESTIONABLE BILLING PRACTICES INVOLVING OTHER ROOM CHARGES THAT WERE NOT PRE-PAID IN ADVANCE, WEEKLY RATES.
very nice clean building, however, the people working there that have access to accounts receivables is sketchy. there have been numerous billing issues from them involving my debit card. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
Front office is not staffed all night so if you have a late flight like I did, you’re out of luck and won’t be able to check in
This hotel is clean and the beds are fairly comfortable. This was my first visit to an extended stay. I was a slightly miffed that they did not offer amenities such as shampoo or coffee nor do they provide a daily maid service. What was a little shocking was when the hotel attendant told me I would be responsible for taking out my own trash. The place is perfect for those traveling to town for work and needing a place to lay their heads but I would not suggest this place for anyone who is vacationing.
