Nice for airport and convenient nice staff decent breakfast

We needed to stay the night before we continued for our road trip and the hotel room's comfort was very pleasing. There were six of us, 2 adults and 4 children, and it accommodated all of us without being crowded. The hotel and room were very clean and breakfast was excellent. Continued on our road trip very well-rested.

I really have no complaints about this hotel except that the rooms and common areas are somewhat dated. Other than that, the hotel staff is very friendly and that room is comfortable!

Hotel very nice, but in ghetto area.Lock your car!!

I stay at this location when I come to town for business. The location is great for going to the Westside or staying on the Eastside. Great shopping nearby.

First stay for me here, but just not what I am used to at other Hyatt Place locations I have visited. Romm, while spotlessly clean, looked and felt old and dilapidated. Shower water temp never got over tepid, and the bathtub was tilting so bad in the room they gave me it made me almost nauseous. Television picture was so bad, I just turned it off, as I did the room fan that was incredibly noisy. With the exception of the lobby and eating area, the elevator interiors and room condition suggests this property needs a real makeover - and soon. Still love Hyatt Place, but will skip this one next time I'm in El Paso.

Hotel met my needs but was close to the highway so there was plenty of road noise.

Too close to the freeway , too much noise, airconditioner was too loud and one of the elevators was not working.

Super stay, staff was friendly, courteous, check in was a breeze. Our room, a king with a nice sit in area with a sofa, was exceptional, very clean and the bed was very comfortable, had a great nights sleep. The bathroom was just a shower, no tub but if you don't mind that, we didnt, you're good. There's a couple of chain restaurants right down the street where we had breakfast. I would Def stay again and absolutely recommend it. Great value and comfort.

Great time at this hotel, staff was very friendly hotel and room was immaculate

The staff is outstanding! The employees really make to the stay exceptional!

It was a fantastic experience my days where I stayed there! All the staff was friendly, maid service was very good. The only thing is that it is a little bit far from the airport and the town, where if you don't have a car or any vehicle to move, It would be a little bit complicated.

Great room. If you have stayed at the Hyatt before it has all the amenities and familiar feel. The location leaves much to be desired since it's in a freeway service road and can only get to it from one direct via the north side. The towels weren't as white and new as other hotels but one phone call got me better towels. Over all for a sub $79 a night rate it was worth it. The staff was 6 stars out of 5 though. Couldn't be nicer or professional.

Overall this is a good hotel, maybe a little old building but well maintained. You can tell its a little old by the condition on the elevators, and some other small details. The beds are full, not queen, something to keep in mind. The hot breakfast is better than average, fruit, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, yogurt, granola, some small pancakes, bread, juices and coffee. A very nice touch is the lobby-breakfast-deli zone where you can have a beer or cocktail after work, and order maybe a sandwich, a very cool bar with very warm atmosphere.

I stayed one night to be close to the El Paso airport. It was an easy drive with a couple gas stations on the way back to the rental car place. Very convenient location. Breakfast, coffee, and wifi were complimentary. Room was clean, modern, and roomy. Slight road noise from the highway. I would stay here again.

The guys at the front desk were so helpful! I had booked but accidentally put in the wrong date. They were able to change the date and to keep my stay at the same low rate! I would stay here again for sure!

The hotel was nice and clean. The pool area is a good size. The king suite is a comfortable room.

The staff was very helpful in telling about great restaurants. The use of the shuttle to get around during my brief stay was nice. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

The hotel room there in El Paso is big! Huge flat screen TV, but can't seem to find any free channels! It would be a perfect stay with kids, free breakfast is a plus! I will stick to Hyatt Place everywhere from now on!

A comfortable and safe one night stopover where you know what you are going to get.
