staff was courteous, friendly and helpful rooms were clean and spacious also quiet

We actually lived in El Paso for 10 years so being in an hotel was quite an experience. We moved to Corpus Christi four years ago and come back to check put the hoyse up for sale. This was quite a gamble, now getting a hotel in the town that we used to live in. But we needn't have worried. Nothing could have been better. It is close to everything and easy to get to.

There was no mention via Orbitz or Roadway Inn Website that this Motel was being renovated. A lot of noise and construction dust. There was no address and the sign(s) were covered up, making it very difficult to locate this Motel. When I mentioned that there was no visible address to the front desk staff they became visibly annoyed. The room I was given had six handrails in the bathroom, it looked more like a hospital room than a Motel room. All the furniture was outdated. Roadway should never rent out rooms like the dust filled room I had. The shower had three small outlets and everything leaked.

The staff is excellent and very professional. The morning buffet is well adequate of items. Would stay at this establishment again no questions asked.

Very nice and clean and convenient location. Especially for the price. Loved our junior suite for the 4 days we had it.

not enough channels on TV the sheets had blood stains didn't notice till the morning not enough towels...

Across the street from the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff. Property is currently undergoing a renovation, so expect some noise and not all amenities. But a clean, comfortable and affordable stay with a friendly staff is a great trade off. Apparently in November, when renovations are complete this hotel will change brands.

Would've stayed to rest longer, but noise from other guests leaving the hotel kept me awake.

Hotel is highly over rated for three stars. Old construction wood subfloors could easily hear people above you on every step they take. Ask for room away from elevator for the loud dinging noise when elevator arrives can be heard in room. Staff in front lobby cook their own food and the smell permeates the building. Bathroom amentities consist of cheap packets of shampoo and towels feel like 20 grit sandpaper.

Always cordial and clean. Pet friendly. They are very quiet and the air conditioning works well which is good for El Paso. Very handy for about anything for post or the airport or going to N M.

Hotel is in sighting distance from the airport. No hassle registration, clean room, and hot breakfast in the morning to start your day.

I got a corner room with 2 king beds. The room (double) was larger then I expected. Description stated view of the mountains, Well, wasn't much of a view from this room. The front desk was very nice and seemed glad to help you.Over all very nice experience.

The hotel staff was really nice, no stress & housekeeping was so helpful. We had no noise, clean and spacious room. We were going to leave early in the morning, but rested longer and left at the noon check out. Most places have check out at 11, but they have noon which is always great. The room set up made it great for my daughter, so she had room to play and have her on bed from the couch pull out.

Adequate space, nice location, staff was pleasant.

Its not bad, if your leaving in the morning its close to the airport, they offer a shuttle. Nothing really close though in terms of food within walking distance.

Breakfast food quality & taste was outstanding, limited selection but what was there was really good.

Great time...Very kid friendly. Staff helped us out with extra blankets. Super Nice

It was very good experience. I would have given it 5 star for the price and service. The only down side was the elevator situation.

walls are very thin you can hear the next door guest they where opening &closing the doors louldly all nite couldn't get a good sleep &elevator was out of order

Good customer service and good vacation time with my family
