THE LIVING AREA
The rooms are centrally air-conditioned. Living room features 70-inch flat screen smart TV you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even an Xbox game console.

Guest access You have access to the entire 4-Bedroom unit on the LEFT side of the property. There is a smaller unit on the RIGHT side of the property with its own parking and entrance. Because the pool is shared, please follow common-sense shared pool etiquette as if you are in a public pool.

• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests

Noise decibel monitor: One device near the pool. Minut noise detector doesn't record anything, just detects the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged loud noise events at the home to avoid affecting the neighbors.
